Landform map of Cuyahoga County, Ohio (1963) - Seeing that the earlier version was still being used, he revised it to make it look better.
Modern counterpart of Heckwelder Map of 1796 (1968) - The Western Reserve Historical Society published a booklet about the Heckewelder Map, including a reproduction of the original and an explanatory version he drew.

BIOGRAPHY
Born 1927, Cleveland, Ohio. B.S. degree in geology from Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio., 1953. M.S. degree in geography/cartography from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, 1957. After graduation, remained at University of Illinois Geography Department as staff cartographer. Taught undergraduate and graduate cartography for 26 years until retirement in 1989. Through the years, until the present, have made more than 3000 thematic maps of all parts of the world for journals, test and trade books, atlases, and individual sheets, some published by the cartographer.
