Hungarian Ball Set for Feb. 12

Every year several thousand faithful attend the fashionable Hungarian Elite Ball in Hotel Cleveland for the benefit of the Divine Redeemer Home for the Aged on Lander Rd.
This year the event will be held Sunday, Feb. 12 Judge Louis Petrash, general chairman, predicts the usual large attendance.
Hungarian women in all parts of the city are baking their favorite pastries for the occasion, since a substantial portion of the revenue comes from the sale of pastries.
There will be two dance bands, one modern and the other a Hungarian gypsy orchestra.
Judge Petrash is assisted by a large committee. Ball chairmen are Mrs. Joseph Andrejikovics, Mrs. Elizabeth Livak, Mrs. Ferdinand Papay and Mrs. Louis Keszi. Miss Belle D. Jakab is treasurer and Mrs. Stephen Blaner, secretary.
The committees are headed by Louis Lulovics, Steven Szabo, Margaret Valna and Joseph. Balint. Hosts and hostesses are Anna Boza, Steve Kocsis, George Borz, Joseph Breznay, John Sherban, Andrew Balunek and John Szegedi.
